All around an excellent experience! Needed new roof and eaves as part of a hail insurance claim and Charleswood Roofing & Exteriors provided a smooth and professional job. They were courteous, efficient, and cost effective. I loved the way that they were so unobtrusive .... no loud music, no mess, showed up on time, worked hard, did the job and disappeared!

We needed a new roof, long overdue in fact. Andrew from Charleswood Roofing responded quickly, attended promptly onsite with an estimate and quote.
Aaron showed up to install the new shingles, which had already been delivered onto the roof earlier. I am truly impressed with the careful attention to detail, efficiency and organization that the installer employed.
The finished job looks amazing. You couldn't tell anyone was ever up there, as demonstrated by such a thorough cleanup. This project was done with surgical precision - you can tell the installer has tons of experience and knowledge.
You can tell, this is a family owned company that values every project as the most important one at the time. I am so pleased that I chose them.

We were thrilled with the service! The crew showed up on time and worked so hard putting in an almost 12 hour day to get the job done in one day! They left the site absolutely spotless, you would never have known they had been there if it weren't for the new roof!
They let me know when they arrived on site and when they were leaving. Checked to see if I had any questions and answered any questions I had about the condition of the roof under the old shingles.

Charleswood Roofing replace the shingles, soffits, and eaves troughs on our home in June 2014. When the Operations Manager, Geoff Grawberger, arrived to give us an estimate, we were impressed with the thoroughness of his work. He was the only contractor, of four we contacted for estimates, who identified an important issue with the venting system of our roof. He answered all our questions and addressed our concerns in a professional and honest manner. The work was completed efficiently and the crews working each day were polite, friendly, and hard working. We are extremely happy with the work that was completed on our house and we would highly recommend Charleswood Roofing for any exterior home renovations.

The crew were polite and professional and advised us of any problems they encountered. We were very impressed with the job site clean up, every scrap of debris was removed and all nails were picked up.
